After so many trial and error, I have finally reached a final solution that should cure the foaming problem. Soda's are so highly carbonated that it makes this very difficult to solve compare to beer.
While many have suggested carbing at higher pressure and drop it down to 5 or 8 psi. But that does not seem to solve the overall issue. Now we have sufficient confidence to make this work. The co2 volume turns out to be a very important number to measure. Yes~~~ In deed it is all about balance.
